The firm has an impressive record in major litigation before all trial and appellate courts in Jordan. Our litigators have tried major cases in various industries. We represent clients in complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes in numerous areas including labor and employment, construction, government procurement, banking and finance, insurance, real estate, and intellectual property, distribution and agency, white-collar crime and corporate fraud. The firm also has extensive experience in representing clients before local and international arbitration tribunals.

The strength of our firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice lies in our ability to take on some of the most difficult cases litigated or arbitrated locally and internationally for high-profile clients and work effectively with in-house and co-counsel to create the teams required to manage large-scale litigations and arbitrations. This capability is anchored by Dr. Salaheddin Al-Bashir (Founder and Senior Partner), a member of the SCCA Court who has acted as counsel and arbitrator in proceedings under ICC, ICSID, PCA, and ad hoc rules, and who was appointed by the Government of Jordan as a representative of the Jordanian delegation to the Dispute Settlement Body established under the Jordan–EU Association Agreement.
